Application process
To join the program, submit your application by 22 June 2026 by filling in the form below.
We will select up to 30 students and notify them of their acceptance by 3 July 2026. Selected candidates must then complete their formal registration and pay the course fees by 31 August 2026 to secure their place. Details on how to register and proceed with payment will be communicated upon acceptance to the course.

Application confirmation
Your application has been submitted successfully if you receive:
- An on-screen confirmation message after submitting the form
- A confirmation email from the ERCA team

Course fees
1,700 EUR (with accommodation) or 1,100 EUR (no accommodation), all taxes included.
The course fee covers lunches, the full course program, and access to all social activities that are part of the program.
Please note that travel to and from the course is not included in the fee.
