Participants in this 6th edition from 29 June to 4 July 2026 will be immersed in the French Alps and explore the forces and powers at play there through various seminars, case studies and mountain field trips. You can download the MCW brochure to find out more about the program.

This year's session will also see a second week (6–10 July 2026) of courses, focusing on societal issues associated with natural hazards in mountainous areas in a warming climate.
