Group projects
The ERCA group projects provide a hands-on introduction to reproducible science for early-career atmospheric researchers. Each afternoon is dedicated to project work, where participants engage in small, focused groups to reproduce key results from a published study while developing reproducibility approaches tailored to their own research workflows. Guided by early-career scientific leaders, these projects span both observational and modeling perspectives. Through this sustained, collaborative effort, participants gain practical tools and critical insight to strengthen the transparency, robustness, and openness of their work—skills that are increasingly essential in atmospheric science.
